Contract:  In order to officially reserve the date for your service, a contract must be signed by the client.  For bridal services, if a consultation is scheduled a temporary hold will be placed on your event date until the consultation has occurred.  I another client is interested in booking for the same event date, you will be contacted and given first right to reserve that date with a $50 deposit. Deposit: For non-bridal services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signing.  If there is no bridal consultation, a $50 deposit will be required upon contract signing.   Booked Time: The time booked will reflect the services to be delivered as per the contract.  Each service requires a certain period of time to be completed. Service Minimums: There is no minimum for non-bridal services.  Bridal services require a 2 person minimum.  Minimums and rates are subject to change for weddings that occur over holiday weekends or on holidays.

Travel Fees: Rates apply for services rendered within the greater Boston area.  A small travel fee may apply if travel over a certain distance is required.  Client is responsible for travel expenses such as tolls, parking, and hotel stays if they are necessary.  Travel fees will be clearly outlined in the contract if they apply.   Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing and all deposits are non-refundable.  If a bride cancels with greater than 2 months remaining before the wedding date, 50% of the service will be owed.  If there are less than 2 months remaining, the full contracted fee will be owed.   Service Location:  All services can be performed on location.  If this is not possible, we can provide studio space. Early Arrival:  There is a $25 fee for arrival before 8AM. Payment/Final Balance Due: All payment will be made by cash or check.  The balance will be paid in full at the time of the service.  There is a $20 service charge on all returned checks.
